WE focus on properties where guest flow, capacity planning, and experience design directly influence occupancy, ADR, and long‑term brand health.

WE do not work with small boutique hotels or ultra‑luxury properties, nor with ultra‑premium cruise lines. These segments operate on fundamentally different service models, guest expectations, and economic structures than the high‑throughput environments Coastal Recon is designed to analyze.
